Three integrated practices.
The group is organised across technology, Asian corporate services, and private capital advisory. Each practice is distinct in mandate, but all share the same standards of discretion, continuity, and principal oversight.
Technology
GOTD Labs
GOTD Labs is the group’s software engineering studio. It builds native mobile applications and cloud-native SaaS products for clients across the GCC, Europe, and the Americas.
The practice also operates a portfolio of digital products. It remains responsible for their architecture, development, and continuing operation.
Corporate Services
Asian Operations
Asian Operations is the group’s Hong Kong-based practice for corporate administration and family office support. It coordinates the group’s Asian operational footprint and maintains continuity across local counterparties, statutory processes, and ongoing administration.
The practice is structured as a Single Family Office under applicable regulatory exemptions. Its role is to coordinate the advisers, records, and processes required by the group’s Asian affairs.
Advisory
Private Capital Advisory
The practice works directly with family principals on matters requiring sustained judgement and close coordination. Work is deliberately limited in number and defined around the circumstances of each principal.
Mandates include cross-jurisdictional structuring, alternative residency planning, and long-term wealth architecture. We coordinate alongside the principal’s established legal, tax, banking, and other professional advisers.
Engagements are structured on a partnership basis rather than as isolated transactions. They often span multiple years and jurisdictions, allowing decisions to be considered in sequence as circumstances develop.
